DEPOSITS

Deposits for weekend and week-long workshops are $100.00 with the balance due 31 days prior to the start of the workshop.

REFUNDS

Full refunds can be attained 31 days prior to the start of the workshop minus a $50.00 processing fee.

CREDIT POLICY

Between 30 days and 14 days prior to the start of the workshop, a credit for a future workshop may be attained. This credit must be booked and utilized within 24 months of the issue month. Credit can be applied only once and is non-refundable. Credit can be requested at any time until 13 days prior to the start of the workshop.

CANCELLATION FROM 13 DAYS TO START OF WORKSHOP

At this point, cancellations will receive no refund or credit

Cases may be reviewed for refund or credit on an individual basis concerning the circumstances of the cancellation.

LIABILITY

When you arrive at the workshop, you may be asked to sign a liablity waiver before you can participate in the workshop.

The attendee (or non-participating guest/spouse), for himself/herself, his or her heirs, executors or personal representatives, does hereby release and hold harmless Naturescapes Photography Workshops, Vinny Colucci, Melissa Southern, its employees, olders and assigns, from and against any and all claims for loss or damage to equipment, personal injury, accident or death not caused by the negligence of Naturescapes Photography Workshops, its employees, or anyone else acting with authority on behalf of Naturescapes Photography Workshops.
